Our dress code ensures a professional yet comfortable atmosphere for all members. Please adhere to the following guidelines:
Business Attire.
For formal events or meetings, business professional attire is required. This includes suits, dress shirts, blouses, slacks, skirts, and dresses. Ties and blazers are encouraged but optional unless specified for certain events.
Smart Casual. During casual gatherings, smart casual attire is acceptable. Examples include collared shirts, polos, dress pants, khakis, skirts, or neatly tailored jeans paired with appropriate tops. Avoid overly casual items such as ripped jeans, graphic t-shirts, or athletic wear.
Shoes. Closed-toe shoes, dress shoes, or neat loafers are preferred. Sandals and sneakers are acceptable for casual events but must be clean and in good condition.
Event-Specific Guidelines. Some events may have special dress codes (e.g., cocktail, black-tie, themed). Notices will be provided in advance.
General Expectations.
Attire should be clean, neat, and well-fitted. Avoid clothing with offensive imagery or slogans.
The club reserves the right to deny entry to members or guests not meeting the dress code. Your cooperation helps maintain the club’s professional and welcoming environment.
We have partnered with CitiPark garage at 807 Chestnut St. Chattanooga, TN to supply our members and guests with up to 100 covered parking spots in this premium downtown location. Access cards for this garage are reserved on a first come, first served basis. As a card is returned, it can then be reassigned to another member. If you are a member and don't receive a card, you may still have your parking validated with our receptionist inside the club. Be sure to bring your parking ticket inside with you for validation. In the event that garage spots are occupied for private events, our team will validate or reimburse your parking.
At the Mountain City Club, we welcome children to our facility. To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all members, the following guidelines apply to children inside the club:
Parental/Guardian Supervision. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. Parents/guardians are responsible for the behavior, safety, and supervision of their children while on club premises.
Respectful Behavior.
Children are expected to behave respectfully and courteously to other members, guests, and staff. Running, shouting, or engaging in disruptive activities is not permitted.
Designated Areas. Children are welcome in family-friendly areas. Access to adult-only or restricted spaces is prohibited. If applicable, children may use designated play areas under proper supervision.
Responsibility for Damages. Parents/guardians are accountable for any damages caused by their children.
Special Events. During events tailored for children, supervision may be provided by club staff or external personnel. In such cases, parents/guardians must still adhere to any outlined check-in/check-out procedures.
Failure to adhere to these policies may result in a request to leave the premises or further review by club management. Thank you for fostering a safe, respectful, and family-friendly atmosphere.
At the Mountain City Club, we welcome service animals to our facility.
We offer breakfast upon request with a reservation.
You do not need to be a member to book an event. We allow non-members to rent our space. However, we do offer discounts for members.
